The Section Library Transfer utility is used to transfer information about beam sections between different beam section libraries. This is useful when consolidating all of the sections in different library files into a single library file.

To transfer information:

1. Specify the library names in the “Transfer from” and “Transfer into” fields.
2. Select an option under Library ID options and click Transfer Now. Depending on the option selected, the program will automatically overwrite, prompt with a dialog for further action or decision by user, or never overwrite the beam sections that exist in both the files. The remaining files are copied over without any further prompts. The Status window displays detailed results of the section transfer process with such details as sections transferred, error messages, warnings etc.
3. Click Exit to close this utility.
